Aloha, I’m Scout — founder of Hiki Nō Health.
I was raised in a farm-to-table environment surrounded by an active, high-performing family. Athletics shaped my early life, and that foundation evolved into a 18+ year career as a professional stuntman in the film industry — where performance under pressure isn’t optional, it’s a requirement.
Over the years, I’ve studied and applied a wide range of disciplines: performance psychology, nutrition, breathwork, acupuncture, massage, sports science, meditation, yoga and more. But none of it was just theory — I’ve lived this.
I’ve been through it all:
✔️ Broken bones, torn ligaments, and surgeries
✔️ GI issues, parasites, weight crashes
✔️ Mental health battles with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and addiction
✔️ Learning challenges like dyslexia
And yet, through every challenge, I came back stronger. Again and again.
What I learned is this: the path to health isn’t linear. It’s personal, powerful, and sometimes messy. But with the right tools and mindset, you can come back better than ever — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too.
